My phone wasn’t on this morning so I didn’t get up to work out.  Slept until 6:45 am though.

I haven’t lost much weight over the past week.  I think the reason is I haven’t been drinking enough water.  I’ll bump it up this next week and see what happens.

I think today is day 29.  30 Jan 2013.  Cyndi and I (and the kids) went to Spain and Gibraltar for some meetings last week and got back on Monday.  Here are my stats.  All in all, I think I did ok while we were gone:
