I think I blogged about this before, but one day we came home and someone had spraypainted an M, a cross with a circle, and another M on the door to our apartment building. We didn’t know what it meant, but we saw similar markings on other buildings. We assume, based on what we have seen, that it is simply a gang of kids causing trouble (just like gangs of kids do in the US). When I left our place this morning, I saw a larger version on a building near us.
