When I turned 15 and 6 months, I couldn’t wait to get my learners permit (we went that very day so I could take the test). Then, I couldn’t wait to get my drivers license when I turned 16 (the same day too). I even took the test while Hermann Mo was flodded in 94! Most of my friends were the same way. Here, most people are like Cyndi’s cousin.
He wasn’t real interested in getting his license and starting to drive…Even though he had a car he could drive. Insane! Here, most people probabaly don’t own a car, and even if they do, they have to wait until they are 18 to drive. And before that, they have to take a class from a real auto school (like in Ohio where drivers ed is manditory).
