Probably not since the meat is not available for human consumption in the US. Turns out that isn’t true. This Forbes article implies it was made legal in 2011. Regardless, I doubt you have eaten it. I’ve never knowingly tried it. It is legal to eat in the UK too. And you may have unknowingly eaten it. Tesco–a supermarket chain here–has found some of their premade hamburger patties may have contained apx 29% horse meat. Wow. To be fair, it also affects Iceland and other shops because it was an issue with a supplier.
We’ll see how this shakes out.
