ok all…question: do you have any ideas about how I can get in shape? Here are some criteria I have:
- I can’t go out and buy equipment
- Well, perhaps a jump rope…
- I want to loose about 10-15kg (20-30 lbs) in about 6 months
- I need to build cardio endurance for an elk hunt
- The law just changed and I need to wear a helmet if I’m going to ride my bike
I’ve found this and this article, but thought I’d see if anyone else had suggestions.
