In addition to all of the little shops and new apartment buildings around town, there are a bazillion (that’s like a ton for those of you in Rio Linda. You know who you are 🙂 ) of these little stores that are vacant. I guess someone has to own them, but they aren’t doing too much good sitting empty. {mospagebreak title=Foreign Language Schools}

There are also tons of foreign language schools around town. In school, kids learn Serbian and two other languages. They get to choose between English, Spanish, French, German, and Russian (I think). These private schools help those kids by supplementing their eduction in school.
