Turns out that I know how to spell too good to spell.
Yeah right…Truth is I can’t spell because I can’t spell.

….this is cool. It is a new program called ubiquity. It is a very very alpha pre-alpha piece of software to try to help people make mash-ups.
In Serbia, we couldn’t get many English language books. Now that we are in the UK, interestingly enough, we can. However, we won’t turn down books if you want to send us any. Since we prefer ebooks, you can now gift kindle books.
Before you send books, why not check out some free ebook sites just to make sure we can’t already get them for free. The Gutenberg Project is a good place to start.
[Updated 2012-12-26 10:34:23] Our situation has been different since we moved to the UK. I hadn’t revisited this since we moved.
Oreos are awesome frozen. We’ll take either regular or double-stuff, but prefer the double-stuff kind.
Either the regular old fashioned Reeses Cups or the new Big cups. I’m not a great fan of the mini-cups. In order to help us portion control either two per pack or singles of the smaller size or one per pack of the big cups. Sorry to be so picky, but we need these things to last and if we open a whole package and are presented with 3 or 4 (in a king size) we’ll have to eat them…we don’t have any way to store them once opened.
Sorry, I couldn’t find a link for this. It is the Wal Mart Brand Thick and Creamy mac and cheese. If you can’t find it, regular wal mart brand stuff (we think both are far superior to Kraft).
But, we have milk. We have butter. We have pasta. All we need are the sauce packets. Just get the stuff, open the box, and send us the sauce packets. That’s all we need.
Lemon Lime Kool-Aid. Sugar is plentiful here, so we don’t need the stuff with sugar already in it. We also don’t need the sugar free kind. They just take up too much space. Just the plain old packets of Lemon-Lime kool aid.
We’ve been having many people ask us what they can send us. When that happens, we are usually at a loss. While there are a few things we need, there aren’t many things we really want. We think about them on the spur of the moment then promptly forget them. They are simply “nice-to-haves.” So, we decided to add a wishlist to our website.
What’s the point? Isn’t that kind of selfish? Well, really all it will be is a place for us to put things that we have wanted. If you want to send us something, check it out. The purpose isn’t to ask for things, so don’t feel bound to send us anything on the wish list. It’s just there so we can remember things. But, if we are going to track things, I don’t want to hold that information tight. I want to share it.
So, to access it, either click the wishlist link in the main navigation menu (over on the left) or click this link .
In response to someone asking about watching the Dukes of Hazzard (the TV show not the movie):
“I’d rather sit in the corner, pick my nose, and wiat for the lightbulbs to burn out!”
Here in Serbia, when you are in a cafe, you can say у кафичу (u kafiču if you don’t like cyrillic). In the cafe esentially. In the kafe, a popular drink is Turkish Serb Coffee and кисла вода (mineral water…with gas…fizzy water…whatever you want to call it). Anyway, it is fairly popular and I like it. But, what is more interesting is that people here actually have time to sit and chat over a cup of coffee until it gets cold. Folks, that would never happen in the US.
The next time you grab your cup-o-joe in the morning, this of the Serbs. Pray that they would have an opportinity to hear the Gospel and believe.
