Answers Magazine

Cyndi and I received our first issue of Answers Magazine yesterday! We are excited! (as if you can’t tell). Why? Well, it turns out that we didn’t have much extra space or weight to bring books with us. We can buy books here, but they are rather expensive ($20 or so for a paperback that would run $9 or so in the US).

I want to take time to say thanks to our friends who gave us the subscription (no, I won’t mention names, but they know who they are).

Monster Post Day

Yesterday was a day made for blogging. But, I ended up and posted so much that you might not get a change to see everything. So, here is an idex post of sorts.

While we were in Greece, I went to go see a comedy show one evening. Before it started, there was a kid having a birthday so they sang happy birthday to him. I took a video and thought I would share it with everyone.

Lydia Eating II

Greece

In this post , I mentioned we were going to Greece for a series of meetings. We had a wonderful time of meeting people serving in our part of the world. We also had an awesome time meeting people from the US that were there helping us out.

There is a whole set of pictures from our trip on our flickr page, but here are a few I wanted to show you here.

This was the view behind our hotel type place (we stayed in bungalow type things.

This was the pool. We had some time to spend there relaxing and staying cool (it was way way hot while we were there).

This was the view outside of our bungalow room. Yep, that was an olice tree.

Cyndi and I had a chance to go out one evening. We took a taxi into town and had sandwiches while we looked at the bay/sea type place.
