Wow

Well, I don’t agree with Benny Hinn, but this video is pretty amazing.  Listen to the first minute and a half of the video below.  As some people say, “He’s giving them down the road.”  How bad do you have to be for Benny Hinn to get mad at you?!

[Update 04-11-2010 07:50:00] I wanted to add a comment that says I never thought I would see the day I would agree with anything Benny Hinn ever said.  In this one instance, I do.  I wouldn’t go so far as to call them demon posessed, but a great number of seeker sensitive people forsake the Gospel for some kind of “relevant” message.  Preaching the Gospel is much more important than getting people “to church.”  Who cares if you have 200, 500, 1,000, 10,000, 20,000, or more people in your “church” if they don’t hear the Gospel….if they never have a changed heart and a new birth what does it mean.

HOWTO — Encrypt your e-mail with Thunderbird, Enigmail, and GNUPG

Everyone should be encrypting all of their e-mail.  Why?  Well, let me ask you a question….would you write your wife, husband, sweetheart, etc… a message on a post card?  Why not?  Because everyone can read it, right?!  So, how would you send it?  You’d write it on paper and put it in an envelope, right?  Well, email is just like the post card.  Left unencrypted, it is just like the post card…anyone can read it.  Encryption works like an envelope so to speak.  It let’s you pack it up so people who come across the message in transit on the internet can’t read it (just like the letter).  Just like the envelope, it can be opened…it just takes lots of time to discover the key and decrypt it.

Unique Trip

Just in case you haven’t heard, Serbia has secured a spot in the World Cup Tournement that will be this year in South Africa.  Many people will be travelling there to see the match (there are signs all over town and you can win trips from some of the major beer comapnies).  Yesterday, a young man took off from Cacak on foot for South Africa (and buy bus and hitching).  I learned about it too late to go see him off, but he will certainly have an interesting story to tell once he gets there.

More Pictures of Our Mostar Trip

Cyndi and I got home a few days ago from our vacation.  On the trip home, we took quite a few pictures.  We’ve uploaded about 1/2 of our overall pictures from the vacation so be sure to check out our photo stream.

Here’s whats below:

The first picture is a war memorial at Sutjeska
The second is an old hotel near the memorial.  It looks like it used to be part of the Sutjeska National Park
The third is a power plant.  It was out in the middle of no where near a huge open pit coal mine
The last is this random Tito memorial we came across.  We aren’t sure if it is in the Republic of Srpska or the Federation part of Bosnia.

Around Mostar

Today, we spent the day in and around Mostar.  Here are a few pictures from today.
