Army Reserve 2010 Best Warrior Competition Army Physical Fitness Test

Wow...I'm sore from yesterday.  My triceps are really really sore...the rest of me has that nice post-workout soreness.  I stopped by the store for some advil to help with the soreness.  Right now, it is nothing to worry about...I just need to push through it.  Here's what I did:

1 - Morning = AbTrainer and Pushup Trainer apps at easy 5 min
2 - Walking to/from work
3 - Nordic Trac for 40 min

Well, I haven't worked out or watched what I ate since Don and Chris were here back in September.  I knew I wasn't doing too well, but then Thanksgiving came...then it was Christmas....well, you get the idea.  Well, the time has come to get back on the ball, exercise, and watch what I eat.  Here's today's info (yep, I'm going to start posting again):

I was a bum yesterday.  I didn't work out because I left home at 6:30 to go to London to the RSA Security Conference.  I was also so stinkin sore that it wasn't funny.  I did track, as much as possible, what I ate.  I couldn't track lunch because it was a buffet and I wasn't sure what to search for.
